Yes. Anytime a business rebroadcasts music, that business is responsible for obtaining the proper licensing and paying the appropriate fees. All music used at MusicOnHold.com or played through the streaming music service comes with the proper licensing. You will NOT be required to purchase additional music licensing when using our productions customized for you.

How often should I change my Messages On Hold?

Well, that depends of a few factors. Average hold times, length of Message On Hold recording, frequency of repeat callers are just a few of the items that determine how often you need to change your messages.
